Hi All Becki here again…
Well just an update – Jenny and I have hit the road and are at Port Sunlight!
So, we started our Journey yesterday evening and the journey was relatively smooth sailing until we approached Heathrow.
But with Wine Gums on board and some terrible singing from me we were entertained for the 4hr+ journey.
I got a little snap happy on our journey up as you can see lol

Bit of a late night but arrived safe and sound. By the time we got to bed at midnight we had turned into pumpkins!
This morning we headed to Liverpool for a look around and a little bit of shopping before setup at 2pm.
We managed to fit loads into the morning and had a good old wander.
The day started with beautiful sunshine and walking around Liverpool was a great mini adventure. Here’s some of the random things we saw…
-
Breakfast and a stroll around Albert Dock
-
Ferry across the Mersey……well we saw the ferry even though you can’t see it in this pic!
-
Seagull collecting twigs for her/his nest
-
Beautiful statue to Commemorate the working horses of Liverpool.
-
Made out of thousands of Jelly Beans!
-
This gorgeous little pony was in a church garden. Inside the church there was a service to commemorate VE Day. We stopped and listened to a lovely hymn “for those in peril on the sea”
