All prices shown in our catalogue are the suggested retail prices, the trade prices are exclusive of VAT and the minimum first trade order is £50 with carriage paid on orders over £125 Once the account is established, trade website access can be set up.
 
CARRIAGE ON PARCELS & COURIER DELIVERIES
Mainland UK orders are carriage paid on £125 net and over (within most mainland UK areas). For smaller orders carriage will be charged at 10% or at cost, but with a £1 minimum applied. Orders requiring courier below £125 net will be charged at £6.50 + VAT.
For the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the I.O.W. and certain Highland areas carriage is paid on £500 net or over.
An excess carriage charge applies on orders under £500 net.

POSTAGE AND PACKING
The changes made by Royal Mail from August 2006 have meant that it is necessary to make amendments to our package and postage.

DELIVERY
We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours. This is not always possible at our busiest times and you should allow 7 working days. If your order is urgent please contact us at the time of ordering and we will always do our best and give you an estimated delivery date.

Any problem relating to delivery/invoicing must be notified within 7 days.

If  we are out of stock of any item we will normally contact you as we do not normally hold back orders.
If you are close to carriage paid but under £125 net, we will try to contact you and give you the option of bringing your order up to carriage rather than just make a courier charge. 

Payment is accepted by PayPal, cheque, credit card, debit card or BACS.

A minimum first order will be proforma, this may be extended to three orders subject to credit references. After this time we will invoice you with 30 days credit. If payments go beyond our 30 credit we reserve the right to revert to proforma payment.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property of Hobby Art Ltd. until full payment is received.

PRICES
We always try to give the best value for money and keep price increases to a minimum but we reserve the right to increase prices where necessary. You will be notified of any major price increase prior to despatch of your order.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible.

When returning items please use a courier company or if using the Post Office obtain a receipt of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on return to us.
